One of the best car rental in the country. I rent a car from them in 6 states in every time it has been a delight. keep up the good work. the only reason i did not give them 5 stars is because i rented a car online and tried to get the car in Haiti but the service sucks down there and the cashier was trying to hold my passport along with $1500 to rent a car for 2 days...

Dropped the car, told the kid windshield washer pump was out, battery was about dead and the car smelled [this was one week after Hurricane Irma] Car had 37,000 M on it. He took notes and gave me my receipt.
I would definitely steer clear of this Hertz location if you don't want to be ripped off!! We recently rented a van for vacation and were told at check-in that the gas tank needed to be full upon returning the vehicle. On our way back to the airport, we stopped at a gas station and filled the tank past full knowing we still had 10 miles to get there. When we received our bill, Hertz had added a charge of almost $30 for gas stating that the tank wasn't full and they had to add that much gas. That is a bald-faced lie and clearly a SCAM to get more money from their renters. Although the van was nice and the staff was friendly, we will never use Hertz again!
Changed the rental agreement less than two weeks ago without notice. They would not give me a car because I didn't have a plane ticket even though I used Priceline and had the required deposit available on my card 10x over... Was charged a fee to cancel the reservation. Ridiculous... I Can't believe after renting for over 10 years I have to use the app TURO instead...look it up... Amazing....
Hertz renters beware
then said there were no "notes documenting the odor or signs of smoking" and refunded my $300. So it ended well but that charge was added without any discussion or mutual check of the car at drop off.
