Never any surprises with Budget. Easy to get to desk from terminal, staff always courteous and helpful. We drop off at a different location and there is never a problem.
Very efficient pickup and drop off at the airport. And easily walk to terminal. My only complaint is the Toyota Yaris in FL. I didn't anticipate the strong downpours here and this car only has 1 windshield wiper and the fastest wiper speed is comparable to medium speed for most cars. It felt unsafe in a strong rain. Other than that, I was very happy
Staff was helpful and friendly. Tried many options for best price. Upgraded to VW Tiguan which loved driving this vehicle for our long distance and was perfect for our needs transporting things we needed to.
Very nice staff! I left my phone charger in the car and instead of acting as if he was inconvenienced, the employee took off running to track down the car to retrieve the charger. Impressed.
I did the reserve and prepay online, then pick up, which was a real great, smooth, process. Reserved a Ford focus class (or similar) of car and got a VW Beetle. COOL! It was good on gas, even though it was the turbo model. Fun car to drive. The drop off process was so simple. Drive in, car tag scanned, good to go. What a breeze!
