certainly make me rent from Avis again.
I reserved by phone they took the money off my card then I get there and they tell me I couldn't use debit or cash.. on top of the guy on the phone telling me what I paid included the insurance , but the lady in store telling me it wasn't. horrible. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
This was first time renting a car and my experience was great. The staff was friendly and the whole transaction went very smooth. There were several vehicles to choose from. The vehicle we took was very well taken care off and clean. Thanks and I will think of Avis again in the future and be sure to recommend you to my friends.
