EZ Rent a Car is a great place to go to rent a car. The shuttle bus is waiting for you and the staff is friendly the price is perfect will rent again
If I could give this place negative stars I would. The only reason my friends and I had no other choice but to use this place was because we were only 18, if they could give me a car for free I would not take it. We got there, and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and the place itself did not look legit. Then we get a car that was extremely dirty, and if we were not paying so much it would not have bothered us. So the week passes and we are not from Florida so we accidentally went through a toll, I quickly called the toll number that was online and they explained that you can not pay directly to them for a rental car and that it would be an easy process with your rental car place, I thought great, they will probably just take it from the deposit, nothing to worry about. Absolutely wrong, we return it and I immediately ask a worker outside what was going to happen and he said something that did not make any sense so I asked the front desk, after waiting 30 minutes because of other angry customers. So finally they say that they will end up charging my credit card a certain amount ( they have to see how many tolls we went through) in a week, but they will E-mail me before they charge me. So I thought that was fine. A couple weeks pass by and I hear nothing so I call, almost about 30 times and no one answers. Now it has been about 3 months and I try again, and once again no answer, and I know for sure I have the right number. Now it has been almost 8 months and my card gets charged about $130, with NO warning. Absolutely NO warning, my school payment did not go through and that was a big deal. I called and the guy on the phone was no help and not understanding about what happened, if he was I would not have gotten as mad as I ended up getting, but this was ridiculous. So he then gives me a corporate number, and I called about 200 times from a couple different phones and they never answered, so I ended up taking the loss because what I was going through was not worth the money. So please NEVER use this place, if you are 18 and wanting to rent a car, it is worth it to pay double somewhere else, or honestly wait a couple years, I promise you this place will make it E-Z to ruin your vacation.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Do not rent from this company. They are not on-site at RSW airport. You have to wait for a shuttle - we waited 30 min to get to the place. It was dark, they lady was rude, we could barely get into our car the list goes on & on. I really wish we had checked the google reviews before renting here (lesson learned the hard way). We will never make this mistake again. Read these 1 star reviews and believe them!
Buyer beware. This company will say they're out of economy Vehicles upgrade you and tell you there's no additional charge but they are lying. After you get home and you get your credit card charge you'll see the upgrade fees and there is no way to get credit back unless you contact your credit card company that you placed the charge with.
Really far from the airport, dirty cars. And the shuttle is extremely long and slow. When customer service gives the customer attitude then it’s time to pay for airport drop off convenience
