I was pleased with my experience. I initially bought a floor model recliner. Over lunch I became worried that it had no warranty. A new one was only a $100.00 more so I went back and explained my concerns. The sales lady called the manager over. He told her to sell me a new one and discounted the price to match the floor model. I didn't expect that. Great place to buy, based on my experience.
I would never buy anything from this store ever again. I have never had such poor service from any retailer.
I probably will have to sue them in court.
They delivered a bedroom set I ordered without the bed rails and without the dresser. Moreover, the headboard paint was peeling off. They damaged the dresser by dropping it and now want to repair the dresser instead of delivering a new one. They initially said they would repair the headboard, but are now trying to back-away from this promise.
