I was fortunate that they had the table and chairs in stock and actually delivered it on the same day for me. The delivery people were so nice, helpful and careful while in my house.

I have a great Flexsteel sofas set that is just shy of 3 years old. After about a year and half it started losing its brown, it's now a striking brown orange leather. Almost like how copper patinas, my sofa color is evolving to orange. I have a spring that sticks , as you get nice and relaxed it makes nose and hits you in the back. It's like acupuncture, somewhat. The best is all of the recliners are breaking, after sitting and doing nothing you get a great workout climbing out of reclined sofa and pushing back in. I was offered limited repair parts with me covering labor. But really why bother fixing a brown sofa that's turning orange.
They have nice high end furniture. I bought a $1500.00 leather chair for my office when it came to be delivered I saw two Razer blade scratches on the back and had it sent back. I got a refund. If I hadn't noticed them on time I would have been stuck with damaged furniture. The store was nice and the salesman was friendly but the delivery was lacking I haven't gone back since.
Lenny's was supposed to deliver my furniture between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. After I paid for the furniture, they said that I was the second delivery of the day. If I was the second delivery of the day, why would my delivery go be beyond 11:00 AM or even noon? 2:00 PM came and went and no call from Lenny's or the delivery company about when or why a delayed delivery. I finally called Lenny's to find out when they were going to deliver my furniture and they did not know and did not seem to care. After several calls, I finally talked to the store manager and he just brushed me off. Finally, they delivered my furniture after 3:30 PM. They don't seem to care about the accuracy of their given delivery timing or that you and I waste an entire day waiting for your furniture delivery. If they had kept in contact and given me an honest answer, that the delivery was after 3:30 PM, there was much I could have accomplished earlier in the day! Summary: If you get poor service before delivery, you will probably get poor service when furniture repairs are needed.
They went above and beyond to make sure my selection worked for me before I actually purchased it.
