I found that if you post your mattress on Craigslist for free there are a lot of people who want it.
We just closed on a house in Cape Coral 3 weeks ago and I literally walked into canes and front of my whole home within 45 minutes. Sonia my salesperson was very friendly and helpful. My furniture was delivered within 3 days. The delivery crew was very careful with my items as well as my floors and walls. They assembled and delivered everything expeditiously and we're very pleasant. I visited a number furniture stores prior to going to Kane's and they were either ridiculously priced or not very good quality King's Head Quality Furniture at reasonable prices and a huge variety of styles to suit any taste. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and if I need to buy more furniture I will certainly be going back to Kane's.
I purchased living room, dining room and complete master bedroom furniture from Kanes in November 2014. At the time, very impressed with the "lifetime guarantee" that covered defects in the furniture. 2 1/2 yrs later I have a sofa that is coming apart at the seems between the back cushions, a recliner that reclines beyond its intended most extended position, 6 of 8 dining chairs that have nails and cross bars that continuously fall off. I called in today to schedule a service appointment for repair and representative Jennifer has determined, over the phone, that none of my issues with my furniture are covered by the lifetime guarantee. Regardless, I got their soonest available appointment of 8/12/17 (1 mo out) to have a service technician come out. So if you have the means to drop $10000 on household furniture every 2-3 yrs, go to Kanes. The furniture quality is poor and customer service is equally as poor.
I purchased a set of mattress last week. I was happy to get a good deal with delivery and they said they are gonna pick up my used mattress as well. Now during the delivery, the delivery guys pick up my mattress out of the house and put it outside my garage and forget to take it with them. So I called the office, I talked to the manager about it and the manager said the delivery guys said we had a conversation that the mattress had bed bugs!!! so they will just leave it there. That was a complete lie! The manager told me he had to take the word of the drivers and will not come back and pick it up. I told him he doesn't know what is best for the company he works for. I will never buy anything from KANE'S Furniture again! Terrible customer service.
If there was a negative star I would have picked that!!! Bought extra protection on couch after one year leather discolored arm rest feel like you are leaning on wood. But that is "heavy use" really where else am I going to sit!!!! Still have to pay $1000.00 !! So pissed right now!! Never buying Kane's again. I guess you don't care about your customers!!
We visited once for an entertainment center and the second time for a sofa and loveseat. Large selection on both items and friendly helpful staff. Alex helped us on our 2nd visit and we had the items in less than a week. Excellent delivery personnel. Will always make this my first stop when shopping for furniture in the future
