As we were doing business with these people it constantly felt like they were telling us lies. I would advise NOT doing business with them.
Three years ago we bought a king size bed, mattress, and couch. Both the bed and couch have fallen apart in that time. And the mattress sucked. They tried to tell us that it was what we ordered only the name brands was different. The couch was sold as leather. It is now peeling ALL over. And the delivery on the bed took three tries. Got the wrong color first, wrong style second. The bed completely broke. It was badly constructed though it looked nice.
If I could truly give ZERO stars I would!!!! Schedule delivery of furniture and they failed to show in scheduled day after I took off work! Then second delivery and well over 2 hours late! Again more time off work. The second delivery was wrong and had to replace it took over 3 months to get replacement. The phone is never answered and the machine is full you can't leave a message. DO not give yourself this stress with deplorable customer service!!!! Go to a place where the customer is valued after they get paid!!!!
I was a contracted delivery company for Fantastic Furniture. They owe me $10,000.00 and haven't paid me for almost 2 years! When I worked with them I noticed that they lied to their customers on a daily basis (about pricing, stock availability, delivery times, financing, and much more) and play very dirty against their competition. I would not recommend Fantastic Furniture to anyone and would strongly advise people to look for mattresses and furniture elsewhere.
My sofa was supposed to get delivered in no more than 2 weeks....ended up being almost 3 months. Nothing to see here business as usual from what I can tell.
This place is the worst!! My uncle and my father came here to buy furniture and the owner chat them down and gave them all this "great" price for all the furniture they ordered. Was promised all the furniture would come in about 3 weeks. Furniture came a week late with my uncle missing his bed set and dining room table. My father didn't receive his sofa and missing a nightstand. We called and they gave us some bullshit excuse and said it will come in a few days. 2 months later and probably 50 phone calls to this place and they finally delivered my uncles stuff. My fathers sofa and nightstand still didn't come. We went to the place to ask for our money back and they gave us another excuse and blaming Ashley furniture for not delivering the furniture and told us to pick another sofa just in case Ashley don't cooperate and doesn't give them the sofa. So we picked one out saying maybe we will take this but they need to inform us if our original sofa isn't available so we can decide what to do. A week later they called and said our sofa is available and is going to be delivered. Not once did they say that it's not our original sofa. But what was delivered was the sofa that we said MAYBE to. It's been 5 months and we still don't have the right sofa and still no nightstand. We own a nail salon and 2 of our clients have had the same horrible experience with them and another client told us they do this all the time. Her son worked for them and he said they are horrible. They have stores all over southwest Florida and take people's money and don't fulfill their obligations. Even their delivery guy said they are the worst company they have worked for. STAY AWAY from this place. We wished We read people's review on this place before coming here.
