Our sales person, Troy, took time to understand our desires and new living room furniture and made sure he showed us pieces that would work for us. We picked pieces from different producers and Troy worked with us to create special order pillows to tie it all together. Great showroom great service!

Beautiful new furniture from Baer’s delivered today with white glove service! Great delivery men, very professional & efficient. Best salesman I’ve ever met - Alex was very helpful in picking coordinating colors & pieces!
We just had our chairs delivered. Had an issue with color of base. It happens. What happened next is why I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The delivery guys got on the phone and had the right people involved to correct the situation right away!!! Most places the delivery guys would say "you call the store and fix it". Not RJ and Kevin! They assessed the situation, knew what the proper thing to do was, and did it.
My sales representative was wonderful. However after waiting 16 weeks for my sofa I schedule delivery and on the day of delivery they didn’t show up. After taking off work again and getting the sofa delivered I was promised a partial refund of my delivery. I am told it is being processed however it has been a month and taken 4 calls and one visit to the store to confirm this. Again I loved my sales representative but so unimpressed with management
Service in store was good. Delivery of furniture and the team that set it up were exceptional. Neil was very professional and informative. We did experience one defect on furniture which was addressed immediately by delivery team. This is our 2nd large purchase from Baer's and we have always been satisfied with product and service.
