Gregory was awesome! I came in window shopping months ago. After shopping around I finally came back ready to purchase. Although it had been 5 months, Gregory remembered me and the items I was searching for! The staff there are very professional and, exhibit excellent customer service skill. While shopping I noticed that Gregory thanks and shows appreciation towards his staff consistently. This shows great leadership. I had an awesome experience and plan to tell my friends and family to shop at this store!!!! Thanks Gregory and team!
I ordered my bedroom set the transaction went very smooth They said it would take about three weeks it came in two weeks. The delivery was on time and they were very courteous Thank Greg
This is one star too many. We dealt with Greg and from the start had problems. I called and explained to him that we own a condo in Ft Myers, but live out of state and only had 10 days to purchase (and have delivered) a sofa and love seat. He assured me he had a good selection and promised a quick delivery. I expected a showroom and found a warehouse in an industrial park. He sent us to the neighboring Ashley Furniture and told us to find what we liked, bring back the model #s and he would order at a lower price. The day of delivery Greg calls to tell me the truck did not arrive and postponed the delivery for the next day. Next day...same story, truck didn't arrive, he needed to reschedule. Since we were leaving Ft Myers and not due to return until the following month, he promised to hold the furniture for us. Next month, day of delivery, he sends ONE DRIVER in a truck with a BROKEN LIFT GATE to deliver two couches and to take away two couches! (on the second floor) My husband ended up carrying the furniture with the driver, only to find out both pieces were damaged. I immediately called Greg and was told he would call his rep and call me as soon as he heard from him. 2 weeks later, I still haven't heard back. Thankfully, I charged the sale, so I disputed the charge and got a temporary credit. I expect I'll be getting a phone call as soon as Greg finds out the merchant provider deducted the money from his account. When I first spoke to Greg he told me they were a family owned business in the Ft Myers area for years. That implies that you know what you're doing and can sustain a business. I have a hunch he's the next generation and will eventually drive what's left of his family business, into the ground. Steer clear of this company!!!!!!
Their collections and affordability made it possible to put together a whole room seamlessly! Really on trend stuff which is usually hard to find for the right price! Also super convenient location in central Fort Myers with a low pressure environment, I don't need to feel like I'm on a used car lot when buying a couch!
I was lead to believe by the salesman that I was receiving a good deal on a Ashley piece of furniture. what I did receive is a Ashley piece of furniture at more cost than the Ashley store. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They will overcharge you. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go to Ashley or their website. I believe that Atlantic Bedding and Furniture is having people post in their favor to draw consumer's into their store. It's a ghetto store that's rigged. Beware of the scam. Enough said.
