I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to Ashley furniture and found a number of things I liked right away. I went there initially to see two dressers that I saw on their website, and I was instantly greeted by the most delightful sales person I have ever worked with in a retail environment. Her name is Bella brand. She is exceptional! Extremely knowledgeable about all of the products in the store as well as the extended products available on the company website. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend requesting her to assist you with anything if you ever find yourself heading to the Ashley Furniture Home Store in Fort Myers off Alico Rd.
Very bad experience. I ordered beds for my daughters' room. Online it stated that delivery will be within two days, false advertisement. Then when I completed my order they stated that delivery will with 2 weeks. Two weeks passed I called and they told me that they are behind with the product and they would be able to deliver the beds within one month. Two days before the promised delivery day, I contacted them and they told me that I have to wait another month for my order. I am very disappointed. My teens have been anxoiusly waiting and now for the holidays they are without any beds.The customer service was very poor. Worst experience I've ever had.

My husband and I were looking for a large dresser to put in our master bedroom and Diane Travers showed us the perfect piece. It was in our price range and the exact size we needed. Delivery was easy too! Diane helped us deal with a day change, which was not an issue. Day of delivery was also no issue if you track your delivery on their delivery website.
