Dante was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of our LaZ-Boy order. We recommend him with a 10 out of 10. Our order arrived 7.5 weeks after being special ordered which was within the 6-8 weeks we were told when placing the order. Very pleased with the purchase.
My husband and I bought several pieces of La-Z-Boy furniture; an end piece recliner with motor, middle manual recliner and end Chaise piece which was delivered to us on Oct.2, 2015. We spent just under $4000.00 which included purchasing what we thought was a good Warranty which cost $400.00 for 60 months. Within 18 months, padding in the recliner became so flat that when sitting, you can feel the wood poke up underneath hitting your legs. This week we called to talk to them about fixing it, thinking they would take the recliner out to add more padding. They told us to take a picture of it (which made no sense as you can't tell until you sit on it that it hurts your legs) and text it to an Elizabeth who would get back to us. She called only to tell us that the Warranty did not cover that particular problem, only for the first year. It has only been exactly 2 years since it was delivered and they refused to fix it. After several calls to the Ft. Myers store where it was purchased, we were told the manager was out and didn't know when he'd be back. This is a terrible business BEWARE. They do not back their own furniture, even when you've paid dearly for a 60 month warranty! Since I've had this problem several people have related to me their own unresolved problems with La-Z-Boy one of which even contacted Corporate Head Quarters. THEY DON'T CARE. I will give it one star only because my comment won't post if I leave No stars but that is what they deserve.
I wanted a new sofa like my existing one. The first salesperson I met said he would be back after he helped someone else but he never came back and he clearly had finished with the other customers. ..but...then AL came came. ..he was patient, knowledgeable, informative and helpful all around. He also helped another couple who were looking for the same thing that I was. He made it fun for all of us, brought us samples, pointed out features, etc. and ultimately scored two sales because he was so attentive. The other couple had a similar experience with another salesperson there, so AL turned both of our experiences around totally and it was a great time. The furniture is still great quality with great options and the sale made it more affordable. ..oh, and delivery this week. ..nice!!!
Tim was very helpful. We found just the right recliners we were looking for. There were plenty to choose from.
