Shopping was a breeze. No hassle shopping. They have very nice selections to choose from. You can do room set up, mix n match or piece together however you want. Salesman (Keith) was very nice, greeted you and explained the layout of store and let you shop. Just a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend City Furniture Fort Myers
This business and it's staff are exceptional. We purchased all of our furniture through this business and when we had a warranty claim on one piece several years later, they honoured the warranty without challenge and replaced the damaged piece in a timely manner. We could not possibly have been any more satisfied with our experience at City. We are going from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 5 bedroom house- so we certainly had a lot to buy!! There was such a great selection to choose from and the prices were very reasonable compared to other furniture shops in SWFL. We worked with Jodie- and I truly don’t have enough nice words to describe her. She was so incredibly patient, helpful, honest, kind, genuine, etc. She was an absolute joy to work with and we are confident we would not have been able to make the decisions we did without her! Martin was our sales associate. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We told him what we wanted and he listened to us. Then Martin gave us a gift card for $300, which gave us the incentive to buy more. Martin took the time to explain our options and he brought us around to each room. He didn't rush us and was patient and professional. We would recommend City Furniture to our friends in Sandoval which includes over 1000 homes.
