Went in to buy a large fish tank, asked to speak to someone in that department regarding questions. A nice young lady came over, stated she was in charge of the fish department. After we started our discussion salt water Vs fresh etc, she actually took her phone out and GOOGLED what we were talking about while apologizing in advance as she 'doesn't know a lot about fish'

Took my cat to get a lion cut haircut, and Olga did a fantastic job on the haircut and trimming of my cat's nails. Also, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go back there again, and highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a cat groomer.
Grooming salon has good groomers who care about your pets. They do good work. A bit pricey maybe at $40-plus for a small Maltese. Store offers plenty of supplies and dog training classes.
Overall, the staff at the store are great and they have the majority of the products I need and the convenience of shopping before and after training sessions is a plus. I would recommend training at a store rather than private training at one's house for the added convenience.

Extremely pleased with the dog training program that this particular PetSmart offers. Becky, the trainer, has done a phenomenal job of training my dog, Leslie, basic and intermediate commands. She is extremely customer focused and has become an indispensable resource in training my dog. She is consistently willing to go way above and beyond her regular duties and offer hyper-tailored advice to help my dog out. It is always a pleasure going into training sessions and would highly recommend any dog owner with a new puppy or a dog owner who wants to teach their puppy more advanced skills to sign up for a class with Becky. She really is passionate about her craft and cares about getting her students to the next level.
