This is the most unprofessional business I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Our older dog has been suffering from arthritis which has been getting progressively worse. We've taken her to other vets before but have decided to take her in again to see if there's anything else that can be done to ease her pain. The earliest we could get her in was the day after tomorrow due to travel and the receptionist rudely asked, "so you guys are just going to make her suffer until Friday then?" It's not like this is a sudden thing that has just happened to our dog, her condition has been slowly progressing and we absolutely didn't need the guilt trip from the trashy yet somehow still holier-than-thou receptionist. This place is petty and thinks it can treat its customers poorly because they're low income and have few other options. The many other 1-star reviews and lack of willingness to rectify anything are clear evidence of this. I called Eastside Animal Hospital instead where the polite and professional receptionist there was able to assist me with an appointment. Based on my experience and the apparent experience of many others, I would suggest avoiding this place in favor of Eastside.
The owner Gina is absolutely the rudest nastiest woamn I have had the mispleasure to meet. I took my dog in to be put down because her health is failing and I do not want her to suffer. I mentioned that it hurt her when I groomed her, or touched her and the Doctor got up and left room. Gina came back in said DR was pissed off and I was a dog killer. I was stunned and said WAIT because I said I cant groom her,, are you crazy?(loudly) I was told to never come back and I was puppy killer. Then my mom tried to speak out and she was told she was a puppy killer too and not allowed back. Terrible way to treat grieving parents of 14 year old fur pup! I wish it had a zero! many others have complained about her and the Dr. Giller. I need comfort and was treated like I do this all the time! I was heartbroken
My experience with this place lasted a whole day and went horribly wrong. I wish I had the energy to explain it all. Long story short this place is VERY unprofessional, lacking in care and consideration, and ran by rude women and one drugged out looking individual. Not that this is the most important trait of a vets office but there was NOT one ounce of customer service!
