Dr. P provided compassionate, empathetic service on a sad day. I appreciated her ability to be honest and direct while still being extremely sympathetic; it was what I needed to make the right decision. Dr. Leena has always been prompt, thorough, and is the only vet our Oreo will wag his tail for! This is the most convenient vet option around and you won't find a more honest and accommodating person around. She can truly do anything out of her mobile operation that a vet can do out of a building!
Dr. Leena is wonderful. She promptly responded to my inquiry and made an appointment to visit my three cats within that same week. She was polite and professional at all times during the visit, handled the cats with extreme care and attention, and made sure to explain each part of the wellness exams as she performed them. I look forward to using Dr. Leena for all of our pets' needs. Without hesitation, I give her my highest recommendation.
Dr. P came to our RV in Bonita Springs on a Saturday to examine and update all of the vaccinations on our 3 dogs and 2 cats. The cats don't like riding in a car, so the visit to our RV home was a pleasant experience. She is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. What a fantastic service she provides.
My 12 year old rottweiler was diabetic and blind and had melanoma cancer. She was maintaining until all of a sudden ,on Sunday evening, she could no longer get up. Her leg had swollen to 3 times its normal size. I was frantic. It was the weekend and there was no help. I texted and emailed 3 different mobile vet services. Dr. Leena Plavumkal answered me very early Monday morning. She was here within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, we had to lay Jesse to rest. Dr. Leena was not our regular vet. I have to say that she and her assistant Marissa were two of the most incredibly kind and compassionate people that I have ever met. Dr. Leena told us that it was time for Jesse to go as she was going to suffer. My son had stayed all night with her on the floor in the hallway. My son held and petted her to the end. Dr. Leena made the process as easy as possible and Jesse did not die in pain. She explained to us what was happening every step of the way. Dr. Leena followed up with a text that evening to see how we were doing. She sent a beautiful sympathy card to me. Yesterday, Marissa delivered a card and a gift for my son. It is a clay paw print from Jesse. He will always cherish this very kind gesture from a wonderful person. If I could give her a million stars, I would. I highly recommend her to anyone that loves their pet. Kudos to both her and Marissa!
