Great vets & staff. They are very personable and very caring from walking in the door thru walking out. The veterinarians are very thorough and truly care about you and your pet.
Both of our dogs have gone to Animal General since 2009 when we started volunteering for a North Fort Myers animal rescue and saw what a great staff and facility Animal General is. The doctors are very qualified and courteous to their clients and the staff always makes you feel welcome and as though you were one of their top clients. Great place! Try them!
Everyone was caring with our kitty. We are very please with their service. Doctor Black was kind. After many tests and finding out nothing is wrong Dr. Black suggested prescription food. That did the trick! Our Sophie's bladder problem was cured.

Brought my 15 year old dog in. Was told that paying with a credit card required them getting my social security number or drivers license number. In this day and age of identify theft why would I or anybody want to do anything like that. Left and found another vet that took my card with no problem.
