Last year we lost our home and all we owned in a fire and months later when I was in Mark Loren’s and Mark found out about the fire he stepped away for a few minutes and when he returned he had complete documents of all the pieces my family has bought over the years. I am even more thankful that their high level quality is even found in the details thier documentation.
