Never will I shop at this Kay Jewelers store nor any Kay store ever again for how many bad experiences I had with them!
They were very helpful finding an engagement ring.
They are thieves and never returned my earrings. I took them in for repair and they were supposed to call me within a week with an estimate. No call, no email. I am now missing a favorite pair of 14 karat gold hoop earrings.
