Do not recommend for watch repair & service. After $600 overhaul of a Rolex the watch would not stay running. Sent it back for fix & returned in same condition. Took it back in to make it right & was told that it needed another $600 overhaul. Declined the service. Took it to a watch craftsman who opened the watch in our presence. The watch was dirty & the winding mechanism had not been touched.
Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because there were a couple sales women there that were helpful.
Just met with Dominic, Meg, and Mary to help select a beautiful set of gold diamond earrings for a family members birthday present. My first time ever visiting this location, but the prices were beyond fair, atmosphere was very eloquent, and transaction went very smooth. Even polished the earrings up very nicely and gift wrapped them for me! Highly recommend!
My girlfriends mom recommended this place. I was not disappointed at all! The staff were welcoming and friendly. My ring got fixed super fast and the jeweler did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier with the quality and service. I'll be a return customer for a long time.
The first red flag was the other reviews on Google and other websites. The second red flag was when I went in to give them a non-refundable deposit on a custom ring and they were reluctant to put what we had verbally agreed to on paper before giving them a deposit. They said they would get me paperwork the next day if I put down the deposit. Remembering the other reviews, I thought I better not, and I should wait to get everything in writing before giving a deposit. After they gave me the run around for 2 days it was a good thing I waited because when they finally had something on paper for me it was now over $800 more than what we had verbally agreed to for the exact same stones and ring that we had been discussing for 2 weeks. The only thing they had to say was, "Well I can't do that price on that stone". All I could think was, well then why didn't you just tell me up front? It would have saved the both of us a lot of time. Oh yeah that's right, you were trying to pull a fast one. Don't let this happen to you. Save your time and just go to one of the many other jewelers in town.
