I came into Bradley’s Jewelers with a custom engagement ring I had made for my fiancé while in college. Being an amateur the ring had some problems and needed several stones reset. The team at Bradley’s jewelers went above and beyond my expectations. They do phenomenal work for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I tried to size my new watch myself and ruined two of the links trying to get the screws out. I was new in town so I wanted to give my business to a family run shop. Checked the reviews Bradley's was highly rated. I took my watch there Brad empathized with me saying he had done the same thing. They called and said my watch was ready I asked how much they said no charge!!! Unbelievable their serve and customer interaction deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you for a great experience..
My husband and I looked at multiple jewelers for my engagement ring and were not happy with the service we received until we stopped at Bradley's Jewelers. We were looking for something custom and not quite traditional so Brad and Colbi worked with us to create just what we wanted. The timing was very reasonable - we were presented a CAD before we the ring was actually created to make sure we didn't want to make any changes - this was so helpful! We have gone back a few more times since to create a custom wedding band and anniversary band and every time have received great service! We have created a great professional and personal relationship with Brad and Colbi! We definitely recommend working with them if you are looking for something unique.
Every time I have gone in there, the people are so nice and helpful. They do a wonderful job repairing jewelry and I love looking at their inventory. Highly recommend!!
