Highly recommend. Was first impressed by the friendlt, knowledgeable, NON-PUSHY staff when my husband and I went in to but his wedding band. When it broke the day of the wedding (it was a problem with the company, not dunkins), they replaced it with a different band. I have since gone back several times for all of our jewlery needs and every time am just as impressed by their great staff and service. I wouldn't think about going elsewhere.
After a negative trip to the pandora down the street we stopped in here for a new bracelet. Allie notticed my mickey mouse tattoo and showed me a bracelet with little mickey on it! She turned a horrible day into such a positive experience!!! I highly recommend seeing her! Well definitely be making the almost hour and a half drive to see her in the future!

These people are great. I went in to buy a watch and was turned on to the Bulova tank style by the saleperson as he listened to my tastes, he even gave me a pretty generous price reduction. The watch strap was damaged a few weeks later and they actually replaced the watch for me! Impeccable service, will be shopping here again.
Went in to buy my wife a birthday present. I had a lot of cash in my wallet but it was after work and I was not dressed in my best. I went in to look for a gift and nobody paid any attention to me. I don't know if it was because I was not dressed to the "T" or if there was just bad service, but I left and will never go back again. Nobody even said "Hello" or acknowledged me. Little did they know that I was planning to spend a lot of money.
