My advice is to take your merchandise elsewhere within the 60 day return period to see if you really got what you paid for. I did not. I was sold a very flawed diamond not worth 1/3 what I paid.
My boyfriend and I went into Littman's after wandering through the other jewlery stores like Kay, Gordon's, and Zales. We were greeted by Shelly and right away it was a different atmosphere. Shelly took us through all of the engagement rings, pulling out over 20 rings for us to look at because we had NO idea as to what we wanted. Never once did we feel like she was getting annoyed by us asking to see another one. We had a tight budget so she kept us up to date on each ring's 'out the door' price. They had the best prices out of all of the stores we went to and Shelly went above and beyond to make us feel 110% comfortable. I not only highly recommend them, but this new family will forever be Littman's customers!
