This storage is true to their word; they really do have climate control!! The staff is super friendly, professional and accommodating!!! I'm hard to please, but they have successfully pleased me! I highly recommend them! ❤
From the time I called to inquire about space - until the time I personally spoke with the fella at the office - this business was professional and friendly. I loved having someone take me out to the actual RV space to answer my questions and provide information BEFORE I signed the rental agreement to park/store my RV at the facility! Jim and Margaret were both helpful and courteous - and very knowledgeable. Ultimately, I went with another business location which met my parking needs a bit better - but, for no other reason did I go elsewhere! As a single woman camper - using a storage facility for frequent RV access might feel a bit shady or unsafe. THIS FACILITY was not that way! The area is clean, tidy, and cameras for security helped reduce any reservations I had about using the area. If it were not for the need to parallel park a travel trailer (which I am not entirely comfortable with) in the space that was available at the time I called ... I would have used this company!
