Unlike other companies who are out to get your money, College Hunks seemed to actually want to deliver a service. I cannot praise them enough. I do not think anybody could have received a better more fluent and successful outcome. They were terrific. Very straightforward with pricing, they quickly took our items for donation and our junk without the drama and the services I was accorded were awesome. Thank you so much. I would absolutely recommend College Hunks to any family, friend or colleague!!
I liked that your team was prompt, professional and did the job exactly as requested. They got right to work and were pleasant and respectful. Thank you for doing what I couldn't!
My Hunks were on time, courteous, knew what to do and did it right and even offered to haul away my trash for me at no extra cost. All my belongings were packed into my pod nicely and everything was tied down and secured. They were quick, but careful. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them! Very pleased with my Hunks (and if I need someone to unpack me at my new location, I will be calling for a Hunk to do so!)!!!!
Everything was great! From ease of getting service, the next day actually - bright and early in the morning! at a very reasonable cost, to the smiling and energetic young men who moved our furniture for us. Eli and Tyler were champs! We had a small apartment, but up three flights of stairs on a very hot Florida day. They are a credit to their parents and your company.
I hired this company to pack my furniture and belongings into a truck for an out of state move. They must have sent me the guys that thought they were hauling junk because when my worldly goods arrived at their destination, 90% of my furniture was majorly damaged. When I contacted them about this they responded that they were not responsible because "I should have known they were not packing the truck properly and I had plenty of time to let them know this before the truck left." I kid you not. So, obviously they do not stand behind their claims for "stress free" service and being fully insured. I consider this consumer fraud. I am still battling to get reimbursement for all the damages. Even their corporate office hasn't responded to my correspondence about this whole ordeal so obviously, they don't care how their franchises are dealing with their customers. I decided to have the "experts" pack my belongings instead of friends so I wouldn't have to worry about damages. I would have been a whole lot better off having friends pack my belongings and I wouldn't be dealing with the nightmare I am now faced with. This company does not stand behind their products and services and then tries to make you out as being responsible for their issues. STAY CLEAR!!!!!!
