Jerrie and her staff at this location are absolutely superb. Not what you'd expect for a place to store your things at. Will do business with again if I ever need a storage unit.

Matt was out on his rounds and came to my rescue. He picked up the mess I had made, locked up my truck and moved it to a parking spot on the lot. He got me to the office where I could wait for a ride to the ER in cool comfort. While I waited, Jerrie distracted me with friendly conversation and sympathy.
Unfortunately, I managed to fall off the truck while unloading it.
On Tuesday my Aunt went and rented from Extra Space on Cypress Lake Blvd. The manager, Jerrie, was so kind, knowledgeable and was very accommodating without question. I have worked for Extra Space in the past and knew it would be a great location, but experiencing it as a customer was better than I could have imagined. Thanks Jerrie SO MUCH for your hard work and an amazingly CLEAN and SECURE facility!

The next two days were challenging with failed attempts to unload the truck. Jerrie was very understanding and patient.
I broke my wrist and couldn’t continue the job.

When I arrived with my loaded 16’ rental truck, the procedure was quick and easy. Much easier than other places I have rented from.
The people at Extra Space were very helpful in getting me a storage unit. I called an operator and they got me scheduled, very friendly. I had to change my date and they offered to come in on Sunday for me. Very appreciated. I was met by Matt when I went in. He was very nice and helped me find my storage unit and also was helpful in weighing my options on storage size needs. All around great job. Thanks Extra Space.
