Would love to give this company zero stars for their knowledge and customer service. We stored all of our belongings in one of their mobile storage units in our yard for 7 months while renovating and opened it to find that almost everything we owned was covered in mold. When we booked the unit no one at the company warned us that this could happen or that we should pay extra to store the unit inside an air conditioned facility. The sales employee told us the unit was weatherproof, it is NOT! Buyer beware, you are risking loss of your belongings if you use this company for its advertised and intended purpose. Better to just bring and store your items in a reputable air conditioned facility. We filed a claim and after all of the work they put us through to document and list all of the damages they took weeks to come back to us denying our claim because as no one told us they do not cover any claims due to weather or water or mold. The company did not even offer to refund any of our 7 months of storage fees or pick up and drop off fees, so we basically paid them to ruin our belongings as the items went into the unit completely dry and clean. If you’re thinking about using this company, look somewhere else!
