We traveled with our baby and luckily everything was quiet! Even though it is near a major road, it is located off a smaller road with a surrounding tree line that makes it seem much more private. There was no traffic noise that we could hear. The room was nice and cool when we arrived. Everything was clean. Parking is very easy and plentiful. It did fill up a bit more than we expected at night compared to the daytime yet we didn't have a problem finding a space. The front desk seemed friendly. We didn't use the other services on site but there is a laundry room and gym with easy access. The elevator is fairly close to those amenities. All in all we look forward to staying again on our next trip to Fort Meyers.
We stayed here during hurricane Irma. The India guy and women who work front desk were beyond very rude on many days we spent there. There were several people who stayed there also complained. They also over charged me as well as it took me to get my bank to get them to give me back my deposit. They also were very rude when asked for more tp and towels after my 3rd day being there. It was clean but staff beyond rude, didnt care bout there guests. If I were you id spend your $ somewhere else!
The Indian people running that hotel are paranoid freaks who watch your every move on the cameras. They have no manners and are extremely rude. Stay away from this dump. Im Hispanic so don’t say I’m racist. I’m stating my horrible experience.
The night staff is awesome. The day shift man is very rude and a liar. I am not happy about my stay because of this
A bit too expensive; our tub wouldn't drain on it's own. Bed pushed to far to the wall.
