Got me a room when everyone else was booked. Room was below average but it was still fairly clean and showers worked, bed fairly comfortable for a $60 a night room etc. Only one very negative I would say is that I had cash during this time after the hurricane and not a lot either and they needed to take an additional $100 for a deposit which isn't something I was told about when I called around to finally find this opening over the phone. Had this had been all the cash I had it would have been a terrible inconvenience at the least and heartbreaking if it was all the cash I had period. This time during the hurricane has put a real hurting on everyone.
Stayed at this location for a couple weeks for work. Asked for a fridge and microwave in my room and it was provided immediately. Staff was friendly and provided service promptly when asked. Relaxing pool area and laundry on site. A clean and comfortable stay. Thank you.
I was also attempted to be robbed while there, and when I went to the office to complain about the kids by the soda machines selling drugs, (The ones who tried to rob me) I was told they were paying guests, and they couldn't do anything.
Housekeeper also looked at me like I was crazy when I asked her to sweep the floor. Moldy crackers were behind the bedside drawer before we moved in, and were never cleaned after being pointed out on first day. I would leave the room for a couple hours so housekeeping could come in, but I don't know what they're getting paid for.
The manager in the office was very nice, and said for an extra $10 a day, I could have my small dog in room, no problem. Head of housekeeping though, HATES dogs and was very mean and rude. YELLED at me daily about the dog, telling me to get out.
I am really NOT satisfied with this particular facility!! I've been here for 4 days for work & they made the bed ONCE!! I only have ONE towel & its a dry off towel! No face towels!! Customer service is sub par to be gentle... I'm NOT recommending this location to ANYONE!! And I'm a PROUD Choice member but this location needs to be shut down!!
My advise- Go to Woodspring Suites on Colonial. Same rates with cleaner rooms and nicer staff.
Sucks no customer service ac didnt work the owner fuse to fix it refuse to refund me my money shower had mold very very unsanitize
I had the same sheets on the bed for the whole week, even after asking for new ones.
