I just recently purchased a new side by side freezer refrigerator.
The pic of the unhelpful duo are assembling a display in front of the light bulbs. I ask them if they have bulb knowledge. They respond "No, only display setup." They turn away and resume assembling. Is there a Home Depot nearby?
I purchased a new microwave fir above my stove.
I have shopped at Lowe's for years. There was a time when I decided to start coming here because of their veteran policy with offering veterans a discount. Now they have changed their policy you have to be on a list you have to bring in your DD form 214 and jump through a bunch of hoops to get your veteran discount. I really appreciate the discount it's not a right to have that but I've always appreciated it. But in my opinion whoever has that made the decision to put the veterans on a list to make it easier when they get to check out has made a serious mistake. I think it's maybe even a little dangerous if you're a veteran to be on the list for a variety of reasons. I guess I will be shopping at Home Depot because they don't required me to be on the list to get a discount.

Called the store to purchase appliances. Nobody answered 6 tries to the extension by customer service and myself only to be eventually cut off. Better phone service at their competitor across the street.
No help to find the parts I needed, possibly because it was Thanksgiving weekend...took me 3 visits to get the correct plumbing parts :(

No English speaking cashier messed up my business credit card and no longer works at Lowe's, spoke to store manager and still does not work, today cashier said it was for my own protection...... Buy home Depot stock
