Horrible experience. Heavy set woman cashier just toxic. I was on motorcycle so had a back pack. She gave me the stink eye right away and hawked me while i found a dust mask, she was sure i was going to steal something. Very unfriendly at check out. Didn't even ask for my ace rewards card. Next time I'm going to tractor supply.
Well looks like they have new staff so will have to start going back in there!

Told sales person what I needed and was taken right to the items. This always happens. I like this place.
Everyone was very helpful. Went out of their way to help. Will be a regular customer from now on.
Used this place for 10+years UNTIL one of the female employees pissed my wife off so badly she had to leave the shop.The employee was so rude my wife was in tears and she is a tough New Yorker! Went and told Eric but nothing was done well he said he would contact us but still has not! We now go to Williams Hardware they are not much better but for emergency stuff they are close by.
