Hardware store that carries most everything. Very helpful staff.
When we went in to pick up a saw (that was dropped of before Hurricane Irma), several days after the pickup date so we could begin repairs and rebuilding, and they were unable to find it. Upon looking in "all of the places it would be" it was deemed "unable to be found at this time. (But not lost)" They were unwilling to provide us with any of the working saws that they had in the store.
Dropped of a chain saw to get it repaired, and was given the time frame of when it would be ready to be picked up.
Andre the "manager" was beyond rude to not only my father but also to me, on multiple occasions he raised his hand to in a silencing manner. Also the man in the repair shop told me to "beat it".

The store is old and leaks. The bathrooms aren't perfect, and their systems aren't exactly bleeding edge. Their staff is mostly salty older folk with little tolerance for BS. It's fantastic! The department staff really know their stuff and can steer you to the right place even if you aren't quite sure what you need. The prices are fair, it's super convenient, and best of all it reminds me of my neighborhood hardware store growing up.
