This is the worst auto dealership that I have ever purchase a vehicle from. Everything went well until you reach finance department. My first clue was they increase the vehicle price to $1,000 over what I had initially agreed upon. When I threaten to leave they did drop the price of the vehicle back to what we had originally agreed upon. Then the warranty with the cost of $1,700 was added to my loan and I was told I had to agree to it or the finance company would not agree to lending me the money. Then they make you sign a waiver saying that you are not forced to buy the warranty!!! Looking back on it, that should have put up a huge red flag and I should have just left the dealership. Three days after my purchase, my air conditioning went out. Which of course the bumper to bumper warranty that I was forced to purchase will not cover air conditioning. After 19 days my transmission left me sitting alongside the road as well as the master cylinder went out on the vehicle and there is a problem with the steering column. I had my vehicle towed to the local Buick GMC dealer. This is when I really found out how worthless the warranty was going to be. Southern Trust also sold the vehicle as a one owner certified pre-owned vehicle. Which with only 88,000 miles. I paid over market price and as of now I have about $6,000 in repairs that is not covered under the warranty. I would not recommend anybody buying from this dealership. I have talked with them multiple times and they refuse to do anything. The only good thing that it's happened is the Buick dealership said the transmission may be covered under an extended General Motors warranty.

Negative stars!! I found a 2007 Nissan Altima on their website in the price range I was looking for. I emailed and followed up with three calls. I spoke with the GM and salesman Frank. With initial email and 3 f/u phone calls, all in the same day. I let them know that I was interested in the 2007 Nissan Altima. I asked if the photos posted where actual photos, or a representation from the web. I was assured that the car I scheduled a test drive for was the actual vehicle in the picture, and taken on the lot. I gave general income and place of employment info over phone. Called my ins. to obtain quote and instructions for purchase yesterday. I called back again to ask GM to have the inside detailed, so that if everything was on the up and up, I would take it home same day. Made all arrangements. Upon arrival, I let dealership know I had an appointment with Frank for the 2007 Nissan Altima, they requested all the documentation, my DL, and to fill out credit app. I was ready to get the ball rolling and test drive my (possibly) new car!! I did a lot of research and this is the car I wanted. Frank took everything to the financing manager, and came out telling me he thought I was there for the 2012 Altima. They didn't even have a 2007 on the lot, sold that last week. Not to worry, he had the 2012 detailed for me... I was livid. He denied the 2007 had a price online, I showed him proof that it was listed at 5,999. He said he couldn't sell it to me at that price anyhow, because the credit processing company charges them 3,000 to run my credit app. Wow!! This guy is unbelievable! Scammers. Beware!!!
