Jason was nice. Being nice is half of customer service. The other half is the impression that is left when you deliver a car.
Ryan was quite nice. The salesman, Sharlan was quiet and seemed to be learning the job.
Very friendly staff. Work with me to get the best deal possible. Even though the car I wanted wasn't on the lot. They had shipped up in a day from Miami. Very pleasant experience.
All I can add is be prompt and make sure your product that is being sold is something that looks new.
I called prior to going in and was told I was approved and the process was easy. It would take just me to pick out a car. The paperwork would take 15 minutes. I was there for 3 hours.
Today we spent 4 hours cleaning the inside and outside.
It may sound petty but any time I bought a car they clean the inside and out. It was never delivered dirty. To me, it’s a priority and isn’t that the porter’s job?
The representative by the name of Jacob who was very polite and was able to answer any and all questions. If in fact he did not know the answer he made sure to get the information in a very quick response. He was very thorough with every detail in all aspects throughout our purchase. Jacob is someone I would be more than happy to refer. For me to do that it only means I was more than content. Which happens to be hard for anyone to do. Truly I hope he can receive a copy of this statement.
My sister drove my dad there and the paperwork wasn’t there. So they had to send the paperwork back to Fort Myers.
I was told the paperwork would be in Fort Lauderdale between 10-11 the next day for my dad to sign.
I had a very good experience with all the salesman and staff. They were very helpful and did everything to help me drive out of there with a very nice car. I highly recommend these people for anyone looking for a good deal on a used car. There were several vehicles to chose from. I give them a 5 star review.
Really had a great experience here. George was awesome. He really took care of me and the whole dealership made me feel like family and welcome. They helped me and worked with me to help me take home the exact car I wanted. I will definitely do business with them again! Ryan was also a huge help in this process thanks to him as well. Really great bunch of people there.
When we went back the following day to pick up the car and it was delivered to me dirty.
