My car had been recalled for an airbag issue. The service I received from service advisor Lester was excellent and made me proud to be a Honda Customer. He made me feel comfortable, and had knowledge about my specific car. I will ask for him next time I am in for service, thank you for having such a great person on your team!

Our 2016 Honda Accord had a recall and also needed to be shown how the radio starts once the battery has been disconnected.

Service Department is first class customer experience. My service manager Lester Corzo is excellent. Knowledgeable, personable and professional. He treated very well and provided the information I needed. He was very empathic and friendly. He treated me very well. I look forward to dealing with again ...if need be.

Easy buying experience. My second time buying a car there. Unfortunately my sales person from the first time around, Forrest Taylor, is no longer working there, and I got paired up with Kyle Howard instead. Unlike Forrest, Kyle is not a professional and seems to not care about doing anything above the bare minimum. I practically begged the dealership to take my money, but they didn't have a vehicle for me. So I kept looking. Almost a month later, I found TWO vehicles that fit the bill in their inventory, yet nobody bothered to follow up with me. I told the gentleman at the door about my experience with Kyle, but he just shrugged it off and paired me up with him again. I purchased the vehicle and took delivery then and there, and then I had a few questions for Kyle, emailed him several times, and a week went by without response. While they make the buying process and F&I process easy and not pushy at all, their sales staff, especially Kyle Howard, don't much care to do anything than the bare minimum. I feel like I'm somehow not a worthy customer for them because I only purchased a $16000 vehicle, despite having purchased two in a row from them. I will not go out of my way to give them the business next time.

5 stars to the people there who serviced it. We were able to watch a movie and eat popcorn while the service was being done and we were told it could be 1.5 hours and it was done in less time. We were extremely satisfied with the service.

Went in there to buy my second Honda and had the most relaxing car-buying experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly, ready to assist in any way. They were not overpowering or trying to oversell, and I felt like my personal space was very much respected. It was a great and easy process, and I walked out with a new car, satisfied with the awesome service and great result!!!
