I was having some issues with my Toyota Tundra and I decided to take my truck to Toyota (AutoNation) in Fort Myers. My customer care specialist, Christine Boyd, handled the experience and did a tremendous job and saved me a lot of money by correctly diagnosing the issues with my Tundra. My warranty had a $250 deductible. So I told her to do a multi point inspection so I didn’t have to come back and pay another $250 deductible. She was very thorough and paid attention to detail. All the issues with my Toyota were brought to my attention and they handled them and that included negotiating the bill with my warranty company. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I live 5 hours' drive from the dealership so having these matters well handled was important as I had a 5 hour drive home after completing my trade and purchase of the new car.
