Stopped in here a couple weeks ago just toying around with the idea of getting a new bike after not riding in a while. I was on the fence about what brand I might buy but after meeting Tony in there I knew I wanted to get a bike from them. Really nice guy and a really nice shop. I look forward to coming back.
Highly recommend. I purchased a specialized bike by recommendation at another bike shop in Fort Myers. Brand new they could not fix the same braking problem three times in a row. I finally took the new bike to this Trek Store and they fixed it the first time, like nothing. Great service, great people. I should have just bought a trek here!
I broke a spoke on one of the wheels on my road bike on Labor Day morning. I took it into the store that afternoon and Joaquin and David took great care of me and got me out the door in working order that afternoon so I wouldn't have to miss any days of riding on my week of vacation. They were both very courteous and helpful. Joaquin took the time to show me and explain to me the options for repairing or replacing my wheels and we eventually arrived at the best option to make my bike safe. I visit this area numerous times per year and now after two great experiences at this store, it is definitely my home away from home bike shop of choice. Thanks very much.
Purchased a new Domane SLR and rode her for almost year and did not love my bike. Met with Tony and he re-fit me and what a huge difference!!! I love my bike, can ride long miles and not have numbness or a sore neck. He is definitely the best local bike fit!
Very nice and friendly staff. I had a Electric Unicycle inner tube replaced on one occasion. I also had the tire itself replaced on another occasion. They were up for the challenge and helped me out tremendously.
