Was in the market for a new road bike. Al was truly passionate about cycling and is very knowledgeable yet humble about cycling. I haven't bought from here yet but when I am ready this is where I will go
I moved to Fort Myers from New Orleans in 2013. I had a bike shipped to EA Bicycles and reassembled. They did a great job and ever since then I've been going to EA Bicycles. First I would like to say... Al who manages this location is the BEST! I commute to work... about 12 miles. I also ride at night... usually the same distance sometimes more. I've had a few common everyday basic issues like flat tires and broken or loose components. Al has always done a great job to get me back on the road ASAP... most times within minutes. Only once he was not able to fix a problem with my bike right away so he let me borrow a bike for a few days that belonged to the shop. Al is very knowledgeable about all the different bikes on the market and all the after market components. He also loves to take the time to explain and recommend what is best for you and your bike. Can't say enough positive things about Al and EA Bicycles! I'm also blessed that this location is about a quarter mile from where I live. Wish they were open on Sunday but everyone needs a day off. I'm a Chef so trust me I know. If your planning on purchusing a new bike... or already have a bike... or maybe you have a older bike thats been sitting in your garage for years that needs a little love... EA Bicycles is the only bike shop I recommend in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Bonita Springs.
Great shop with professional, knowledgable and passionate staff. I have had a few bike issues for months EA Bicycles returned my bike to perfect condition. I should have gone here first. Give them a try, they are amazing
Great service. He dropped what he was doing and fixed a bike tire on the spot. Way too cheap. Hard to believe anyone makes a living charging that low.
