Received the new shoes via FEDEX, no inserts. Call store, had to drive over for third time and they gave me new inserts. Tried to give lady feedback on fact they can't find you in the store system if they order shoes on Kiosk, In nasty tone, she said, we don't have access to transactions when we order on Kiosk. i was done, took my shoes and left.
A store with attitude. Bought Abeo shoes in May, after 4-5 wearings noticed sole pealing back. Took shoes back to Bell Tower store. Didn't have receipt, but had credit card bill showing I had bought them there. Girl said. sorry nothing I can do. After some badgering, she called her boss and they found me in the system. Didn't have new pair in store, so she had to order at Internet Kiosk. I asked her if I should keep special inserts from old pair of shoes, she said no, they will send you new inserts.
In the Bell Tower Mall, outdoor mall with many great shops. The Walking Company has really comfortable and stylish shoes. A bit pricey but all of the shoes I have bought there have lasted for many years so worth the price.
