Great people, great store! They don't make them like this store anymore. They help you, stay with you, make sure you have the right fit size, and shoe! Can ask them anything, if they don't know they will go out of their way to find the answer which is just what Joe did for me today, over the Phone! I Have been buying shoes here since before my son's first pair, over 12 years now. So you can trust me when I tell you this an awesome store in every way:)
Competitive Pricing.
The salespeople were courteous. I just didn't like what happened after I found a shoe I thought I'd like: I asked about a specific shoe and was told he didn't know if they have it in my size, but may be able to get it. Instead of the salesman going to try to find the shoes I wanted in my size, he proceeded to bring out several other pairs. I tried on a pair and asked him, "what about the shoe I told you I wanted?". He says, "Oh, we don't have that one, but you'll be very happy with one of these pairs. I would have to check the computer to see if I can get that one for you". I immediately started to put my shoes back on. If you don't want to help me, your customer, find the shoes I wanted in the first place without me having to tell you... I'm going to spend my money someplace else!
SN-The shoes he tried to get me to buy were 135 vs 85 for the ones I wanted. I hope that's not why he didn't want to check for the size.
