Do not buy shoes from this dealer. They do not stand behind their product and will request that you deal directly with the manufacturer if you have issues with the product they sell. Refunds/Exchanges for defective shoes are not covered under their return policy. Only unworn shoes may be, "exchanged". I purchased a pair of Fila Workshift sku 319014 mens shoes and within 3 weeks the shoe was pulling away from the sole, and the tread was pulling away from the support. The manager informed me I would need to contact Fila for a replacement. Fila requires 6-8 weeks to, "review the defect". So, I could go shoe-less for two months, or buy another brand of shoes while I waited. I tried Shoe-goo and even that quality adhesive cannot keep these shoes together. The same defects repeat themselves, which means the composite in the mid-sole was too "slick" to accept adhesives. Poor quality manufacturing for what were a $55.00 pair of shoes. I notice today they are, "on sale" for $45.00. Save your money and shop from another dealer that backs their products for such obvious defects.
Waited while two employees on two different registers tried to determine a customer's address while I waited. Walked out and bought online.
There customer service sucks. Will never buy from this store.
