The food is pretty good. Sometimes it isn't very hot. Sometimes the chicken has grissle. Also, the amount they give you varies with the person helping you. If you're lucky, you don't get the person who puts a small amount of meat in your bowl or burrito. Very inconsistent in this department.
Its Chipotle! What else can I say? Mt favorite part was the exotic birds that perch on the patio tables (seem to annoy the staff, Lol)
Customer service just sucks!! They always try and short change you in the burrito bowls. You have to say add more rice or whatever. Then you get the young kids in there that have nothing but smart comments. Every time I've been there they seem to have lots of problems with treating customer with happiness. I just absolutely refuse to go back there. We have given them several chances to no avail same issues every time. There will be no more from our group. There is plenty of choices without the having to deal with ignorance for lunch.
Great food as always, but the staff seems to always be under some kind of training due to turnover. Most of the time they're pretty generous with their portions others they really skimp and you have to ask more than once to get an appropriate portion size and sometimes you don't even get it after asking. Last time, I paid 8 bucks for 3 tacos and I'm lucky if I got two ounces of meat total.
Fresh, tasty, generous portions. This was my first visit to Chipotle. You need to know "the drill" when you order. Ha ha ha. If you're asked what you want then proceed to tell them without saying it in the proper sequence, they short curcuit. But, yes, "burrito for you". They let me stay.
