If you like to eat at a daycare, this a great place! Too many crying and screaming children. We have had this experience every time we have been there. We thought if we ate in the bar it would be more quite. No there were babies in the bar. The serrvice and food was great! I will not be returning.
The food is decent here, but the service we got last night was worth a shrug of the shoulder at best. Seriously, McDonald's level service.
Chili's has consistently good food. There are also several long-term servers who have been around for a while and really take good care of you. Have had very positive experiences with management on the rare occasion that something did go wrong. It's one of our staple places to eat. Highly recommend the skillet queso (kids love it), any of their fajitas (even have an asparagus and black bean veggie fajitas for the non-meat eaters), their burgers or their Chipotle chicken tenders.
On the other hand, the hamburgers my wife and I had were pretty good. Chili's doesn't hire grillmen that can distinguish between types of doneness, so you can only order pink or not pink meat. That sounded dangerous to me, so I ordered not pink. My father and mother in law both said their fajitas were good.
After being without electric and starting to get cabin fever after Hurricane Irma. My daughter and I decided to go get some food. Since Chili’s is one of our favs we decided to go there. They had a limited menu due to Irma. So we decided on the Honey BBQ boneless wings. They were wonderful after just canned food or grilled food. You made our situation seem not so bad and we could make a few more days w/o power as long as you stayed open!!
The French fry appetizer was not really with what you paid, but the fried pickles were pretty nice.
Ordered for curbside pickup tonight. Bacon is floppy and cold, ordered both burgers well done. One is pink in the middle.. glorified fast food service and quality. Not ordering from here again.
