What’s the point of being open if you guys don’t answer the phone? And also you guys lost my package that I been waiting for and I can’t talk to anyone because nobody answers the phone good job usps
Since the beginning of this location having a post office I have always had a wonderful experience, from mailing packages, mail, locally or internationally. Never had I have any issues with staff, actually they have gone of their way to assist me in my packages. It is truly a great experience and when I have company out of state always take them there to mail packages so they get the experience of the local fruits and get an ice-cream, free juice and buy souvenirs. Now I go so my grandchildren play in the playground. I live in Lehigh Acres and choose this location for the wonderful and great service.
I normally do not leave reviews but felt it was warranted here. The STAFF at this post office have always helped me, and my experiences with them over 5 years now have been nothing short of excellent. They Expedite everyone's needs, explain what product(s) are best, and do it with a smile day in and day out. Of course there will at times be breakdowns in the chain - Haters going to hate - but get a life people. Just because we are older and crankier with each year doesn't mean we have to be OLD and GRUMPY. GO have another cup of coffee or find the fountain of youth...and quit giving crap to people that are trying to help you.
I've always had great service here. This location is well-stocked with boxes and envelopes. Be prepared to wait if you go at peak times.
very rude staff, I am not normally one to write reviews regarding anything, if I don't like something I keep it to myself, but I cant even believe the way was treated by the USPS employee today. Last time I was in she seemed aggravated that I was unable to tape my label to my box, but of course if I had tape I would have, I'm not so inconsiderate to make other people go out of their way to do something that I can do. I'm not sure about most people but I don't know anyone who owns packaging tape in their home. So today when I went in, I brought the only tape I could find in my home (not packaging tape) and the box I had was able to be sealed by itself without tape, BUT my label kept falling off because the tape I had was not sticky enough. when I went to the desk, that same employee walked away saying "I cant deal with these boxes anymore". Honestly I'm still in shock that this same person, was so courteous to the gentleman in front of me, but as soon as she saw me come in I could tell her mood had suddenly changed, as if I was such a hassle to deal with. I work in the customer service business and always try to be polite, even the last time I went in when she seemed aggravated, I was never rude to her. I will not be back, I would rather drive another 10 minutes out of my way to go to a different postal service.
