Live nearby so I use them for sheer convenience. The guy the northeastern accent is quite possibly the rudest person I've ever met. I can't quite determine the origin because he usually just mumbles one-word answers and avoids eye contact. On top of that I'm pretty sure he just charged me more postage than was required for my item. On the other hand, I've encountered Marsha (I believe) only once and she was very helpful and pleasant. We spoke about the aforementioned male employee and she stated that they get many complaints about his attitude and demeanor. Get rid of your mumbling idiot and I'm certain you'll have a much happier and loyal customer base.

If I could give this shop more stars, I would. Honey ALWAYS double checks that my packages are addressed correctly and taped securely, and she always offers the most cost effective shipping method available. She is GREAT!
Hurrah! Hurrah! Great News! We now have a lovely woman watching over this business, and Honey surely lives up to her name. The last time I was in, Honey folded a parcel and then taped it so that it would meet the postage requirements for a lesser amount. She didn't have to do that. I've been there three times this past week; each time I have found her to be patient, helpful and extremely kind. And how interesting that Honey was more interested in helping us rather than watching the TV that had been turned off. The man who has given this place a bad name has been transferred to another store.
This store is UPS and FedEx. Very nice to have both options at the same location. Outstanding customer service. My packages are in good hands here.
