VERY RUDE ...will NOT RECOMMEND OR GO BACK...at the end this girl didn't help me but I was help by the blonde one which was very nice...still WONT GO BACK
Went today 7/23/16 there was a blonde young girl helping an elderly couple, there was another employee counting papers and I was there with my little one , when I ask her to help me, she answer me very rude TO WAIT.., this is not the answer I was expecting , she didnt let me finish what I wanted to ask..
Went in store on way to airport Thursday 4/16/2015 and in a hurry. Young lady was helping elderly customer with many packages and was very patient with her. Line was long (4 people) and I was at the end of it, so I asked if she could just put my label on box and send off (I did not have tape). This was a small thing but for someone in a hurry being able to trust a stranger to do a favor is BIG. You need to promote that girl, she is great with customers and can multitask.
My husband and I have maintained a 'mailbox' at this store for over over 3 years -and this store is wonderful. We are always treated warmly and professionally no matter how busy they are... they are very upbeat and often let us know if we have a package upon entering the store! We built a duplex here that required many many boxes -from light fixtures to ceiling fans -even one so big it required renting a small truck to take it home -but we have always been welcomed in with a smile. Very personable staff!!!
The people at the San Carlos road UPS are great. Very friendly and quick to serve the best they can! If people are complaining I personally think it's because they are not patient. Just my opinion of course.
Matt is a fantastic print shop owner and helps all of her customers with great service. He emphasized details on my latest print job that other printers haven't focused on. He also was able to clear up graphic imperfections to produce the best quality for print.
