Monopoly on taxi business out of airport. Really got price gouged. Great taxi driver - really nice guy. However, I was dropped off at wrong location because management wrote the wrong address on the sheet of paper they use to communicate where you're going. Look, I understand that uber probably reduces drivers' ability to make a living but such gross oversight as to where their employees are dropping off riders is pretty sad. Avoid using MBA if possible unless you have no other options. Really disappointed that I spent so much money going to the wrong location. I got a sandwich at PUBLIX while I was waiting to get picked up though, so happy ending I guess.
***Rock Star Service from our driver Bob Hicks! First time using this company and what a great experience. Our address is wrong in gps and we recently had a horrific experience with another company and JUST made the flight. Today Bob was early (had the same gps issue but was early enough to correct with no problem) was professionally dressed and incredibly personable! Yay! Couldn't be happier!
Predictable experience. Driver is rude, wreckless driving, and then I hand them my credit card, and they roll their eyes and tell me what an inconvenience that is. Then they wonder why Uber is going to put them out of business.
The drivers are very very very rude. Avoid using this company if you can.
