Went during Hoppy Hour. Kids had a great time. They have a nice designated area for younger kids too! Employee that was working was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone with kids.
I purchased a 10 day admission pass to Jumping Jack's and have had a great time every time I came with my family. People have complained about the price on the reviews but even without the Groupon I used, the $12 and change per child is very reasonable for being able to play as long as they like.
But careful with how you pay. We scheduled a birthday party here and paid with an account and debit card my wife has that is very rarely used. Two weeks after, I get a call from my bank's fraud protection with charges occurring in stores in Oregon and California and online merchants. We had no other charges except for Jumping Jack's in months. I suspect when we paid, our card's info was swiped and stolen here by someone working on the inside.. Be wary how you pay.
Fun place for kids to jump around. Yup. That part is great.
We've been coming here for six months and I have nothing but the best things to say about JJ. The staff is incredibly friendly; there is a gated toddler area, but if your baby is like mine, they want to run around the whole place and take part in the bounce houses and tall blow up slide. Did I mention there is a dance room with flashing lights and a disco ball? My daughter busts many a moves in there between all the running around to different areas of the space. Honorable mentions go to Sandra, who always goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I have a great time. Even before we were regulars, Sandra knew how to make us feel welcome, I actually thought she owned Jumping Jacks because of this and her overall attention to detail. Otis keeps such a good eye on the play area, making rounds in the event a guest needs help. So far he's helped not just us, but I saw him help another family when a child had trouble getting through one of the bounce houses that has a little obstacle course in it. My daughter bumped her face on the monkey bars one day and busted her lip and Otis was there in a jiff with an ice pack. For as often as we go, the five and ten punch card have been worth it. Happy hours are worth taking advantage of if you want to take your kid later in the day so they sleep hard that night. I only wish I knew about this place sooner, we would have been coming here a long time ago.

Personally, the staff has been amazing. Especially Sandra who makes sure that she gets the children free cups of water and makes sure they are drinking them in the cafe area. They do a great job with supervision of things like this which keeps the facility safe and clean. On every occasion I have seen the staff play with the children like one gentleman with dreads that played with some of the younger boys at the air hockey table while the parents looked on. They often circle the area making sure everyone is having fun and following the rules. For extra fun they turn off the bright lights and turn the black lights on with cool, kid appropriate music so that everything is glowing (they have the safety / backup lights on at all times.)
I would highly recommend this place and remind parents to be engaged with their little ones and supervise their older children because the staff cannot tell every child to stop running or screaming from excitement. They do a great job as is!
