Rent varies depending on how well the manager likes you. Make sure you get your security deposit back on electric save your receipts from everything. If I could give no star I would have.

Back row always under water with normal rain. When I asked the park manager if something could be done about the water so that I wasn't walking through it to get to my RV he told me two things stay indoors for two days while the water drains or move. I chose to move to a better park. Would not want to see what happens when a tropical storm comes thru. Park is over ran with Muscovy ducks some residents find it okay to feed the Ducks there is duck poop everywhere. Also have people living in conversion vans at a lot which already has an RV on it. Lots of noise from the school behind the park. At one point there was a resident growing marijuana outside of his trailer told the park manager never did anything about it. The only reason he isn't growing anymore it's cuz the poor guy passed away . They don't mow on a regular basis so you could very well end up with weeds 2 foot tall .They claim to have free WiFi yeah the wifi-only works for the security cameras that they have . Clubhouse shower and restroom smells like cat urine. Also some man sleeping in the clubhouse.
