We are very disappointed in the level of customer service we have received. My mother-in-law was with Susan's agency for twenty years and when she sold her condo and asked for help cancelling her homeowners and flood insurance policies we had to PUSH to get the refunds. After a month of waiting for this agency to complete the cancellations, we contacted the insurance companies directly as not all appropriate documents had been sent to them by Susan's agency.
